In Kundalini Yoga head coverings like a turban, during practice, focus and contain your energy and clarify your thoughts, creating a meditative focus at your third eye.

 

Yogi claim that your aura extends nine feet around your body, but the colour white extends your aura by an extra foot, providing more protection from harmful energy and projects your positive energy out to inspire others and attract prosperity into your life.

That is why your turban preferably should be white.

 

Thinking of colourful auras, and the importance of the white colour in Kundalini inspired me to this work of art.
