Description

A good friend of mine had been struggling with working in Covid time and a too heavy workload because of the changes the Covid pandemic enforced on him and his team.

 

Things got worse, and in the end he found himself sitting at home with a severe burnout. It took him well over a year to recover after taking lots of medicine and rest.

 

The thought of having to go back to his old job was very stressful and in the end he and his employer decided to part. It left him disappointed and down.

 

We talked a lot about his situation and his feelings. Eventually I was able to make him see that life isn’t that bad, it is actually quit good; La vie est belle.  Now I am happy to see him back enjoying life to the max. It gave me the inspiration for this energetic painting.
