Acrylic on cotton canvas 160x80cm.

 

It was in the fall of 2020 that I made this painting. It was the early morning of a beautiful autumn day with plenty of sun. I had been preparing for several days to make this painting. A painting in this format with fluid art technique is very difficult; in a short time you have to process and mix approx. 4L of paint, without mixing the colours to a new colour, without intermediate drying.
And, you only get 1 chance, a 2nd attempt is not possible.

 

The painting is beautifully done and the colors are razor sharp next to each other without unwanted color mixing. I was very pleased with the result. That is why I have immortalized that sunny Sunday morning in the name of this painting.
